Recipes for dog treats from the baking mold: Home made dog treat recipes

$7.99
Dear dog lovers,
I always search for nice home made dog treat recipes for my lovely dog. In 2017 the trend came
up to use silicone baking trays as a tool to bake dog treats at home. These baking molds
should actually serve as a fat drip and catching mat but do a great job as baking mats for
dog treats. The idea is as simple as it is ingenious. Start now and bake dog treats for training yourself.
Some of my favourite recipes can be found in this book, which are easy to do by yourself.
at home. Such as: Egg-Bacon-Romana treats / Cream cheese and carrot treats and many more. Your dog will love it. So have fun to read my book and try out my recipes.
e.g.
Banana and rhubarb treats
Ingredients:
- 40 gr (1,4 oz) rhubarb
- 0,5 cm ginger
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr (3,5 oz) potato flour
Preparation:
- First puree the fruit and eggs and then the potato flour to the other
- Check the consistency of the mass (keyword pancake dough)
- Place the dough in the middle of the baking mat and spread evenly
- Bake at 150 °C (300°F) degrees for 25 min top/bottom heat in the middle of the
oven
- Then leave to cool in an open oven
The advantage of the baking mould for baking dog biscuits is obvious. While in former times
one had to experiment with different forms and dough so it is now quite simple, very fast
and uncomplicated to bake treats. Once you have mixed the ingredients of your choice
and got the resulting dough, that should have the consistency of pancake dough, fill in the
dough with a scraper. After that the baking mat is placed in the preheated oven.
Depending on the recipe, the treats are baked until they rise slightly and brownish. As
soon as this point is reached (pay attention to the recipe!) the baking mat can be removed
from the oven. Should the treats still be moist, then let them dry in the switched off oven. Is
the baking mat now removed it must cool down for some time. After cooling down, the
treats fall out of the mold after turning it, or otherwise must be knocked out. Voila, it is
done - you have baked your own treats and your dog will be thrilled.
I wish you all the best,
Sincerely Yours
Lydia Gross
